Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Banquet Captain/F&B Manager, the Banquet Setup position involves setting, maintaining, and refreshing hotel banquet meeting rooms at Unicoi State Park and Lodge according to sales contracts and company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Clean tables and carry dirty dishes
- Replace soiled table linens
- Set tables
- Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
- Supply the service bar with food, and serve water, butter, and coffee to patrons
- Ensure all banquet and meeting rooms are properly set and refreshed in a timely manner
- Responsible for the timely and safe breakdown of meeting rooms after events
- Refresh rooms on time, ensure water is available, clean rooms, and set up for appropriate functions

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent education; or three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
