Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Park Manager, this position provides customer information and service, monitors activity, collect fees for Unicoi State Park and Lodge by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions:

• Greets arriving guests
• Answers inquiries pertaining to park services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
• Issue camping slots to Guests
• Keep record of Guest accounts
• Make and confirm reservations for Guests
• Present statements and collect payments from Guests

Physical Demands:

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems.
