Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook this position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Duties include: washing pots/pans and all kitchen equipment, washing plates, cups and flat wear, assisting cooks where needed, trash removal to include breakdown of boxes, keeping the kitchen clean, cleaning garbage cans, and following all sanitation guidelines. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Unicoi State Park & Lodge offers accommodations including 96 lodge rooms, 29 cabins and nearly 100 campsites for RV and tent camping. Over a span of 1,029 acres, with our 52-acre Unicoi Lake, the Park offers many activities including ziplining, kayaking, hiking, fishing, a beach, archery and air gun. There are two restaurants on-site, Smith Creek Tavern and Anna's Italian Kitchen, a bar, and many meeting rooms and conference centers. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.
